The practice has a documented process for and demonstrates that it:
5.A.1 Tracks lab tests until results are available, flagging and following up on overdue results (critical factor)

5.A.3 Flags abnormal lab results, bringing them to the attention of the clinician
5.A.4 Flags abnormal imaging results, bringing them to the attention of the clinician
5.A.5 Notifies patients/families of normal and abnormal lab and imaging test results
5.A.6 Follows-up with inpatient facility on newborn hearing and newborn blood-spot screening (NA for adults)
